"Nice fabric, with one minor flaw"
I got this and was happy with it overall. The fabric feels really nice to the touch, which was the first thing I noticed. The stitching is decent too, though I did spot a couple of areas where it wasn’t quite perfect. Nothing major, but worth mentioning. Overall, it’s good quality and I’d still say I’m satisfied with it.

"Helpful service, but the wait was annoying"
I had a question about my order and was getting frustrated waiting around for an update. Once customer service got back to me, though, they were really nice and actually helpful. They sorted out the issue without making it complicated, which I appreciated. The waiting part wasn’t great, but overall it ended up being a easy experience and I’d probably order again...

"Cute styles, but the selection varies"
They do have some really cute pieces, and I can see why people like shopping here. For me personally, the variety just wasn’t quite there, so I didn’t find as much as I hoped. I’d still say it’s worth checking out, but it may depend on your style and what they have in stock at the time.

The fit was just right for me and it definitely runs true to size. i kind of regret waiting so long to buy it.

"Surprisingly easy exchange"
I ordered the wrong size and expected customer service to make it a whole ordeal, because that’s usually how these things go. But the exchange was actually easy and there wasn’t any fuss. I’m still a little wary with support teams in general, but this went smoother than I thought it would.

"I picked up a few things..."
I picked up a few things from here recently, and while the styles were cute, I don’t know… I guess I expected the quality to feel a little better for the price. The prices aren’t terrible or anything, and maybe it depends on what you get, but the stuff I ordered felt kind of average. Not a bad experience, just didn’t feel like an amazing value.

"Am I missing something with the shipping?"
I ordered a basic top and it took almost three weeks to arrive, which felt way longer than it should have. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept wondering if I was missing something or if it was just stuck somewhere. The top itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping experience was frustrating. Not sure I’d be in a rush to order again.
